[HELP] Invisible Shield from Cataclysm m2s

I have the statue of Sylvanas from Cataylcsm convertiert and everything went well. The problem now is only that I am approaching this statue can not, it's like an invisible shield.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I don't see how items matter to statues with wrong collision volumes.
