[QUESTION] what is your best tv series

@Ascathor - Haven't you ever watched a movie and just thought, "that went to quick"? Or "I wish it went for longer"? It's like that, if you really enjoy something, why limit it to a just a few hours.

@ Others - I never really got into Dr. Who, I like those types of shows, I think the humor is alright, but overall, every season, every Dr, I have just found it too... "Corny/Cheesy" I guess.

But on the topic of Sci-Fi and things that ended too quick, I really miss Firefly :(

I think every doctor has his own style ;)

Did you know that it is the logest running SciFi series ever. The new episodes are not a new series it continues it. The doc can (as a timelord) regenerate after he dies. But he get back with new look and changed personalety. BTW is Torchwood a spinoff series of Dr. Who. And some guys even think that Captain Jack Harkness is the face of Boe.

Torchwood Series 1 I enjoyed but the other series were less... enjoyable. It started to get a bit silly for my liking.

And in one of the Doctor Who episodes with David Tennant (I can't remmeber which) it does say that Jack is the face of boe (says right near the end of the episode when Jack is leaving).

Ah yes, Firefly, gone too soon.

One that just came out on netflix, Orange is the New Black.  My old lady started watching it and I got hooked.

Arrow, Person of Interest

Same here. I don't get the hype with this, I find the actors to be at best medium and the story isn't that rich or "unpredictable". To me it feels like the Tolkien world without the Tolkien touch, but with nothing special either. Just my opinion, don't get angry guys, I think it's simply not for me.

That's what I saw recently :
> Homeland : nice
> Breaking Bad : ok. I don't find the protagonists well written though, Eisenberg does stupid shit all the time. Still interesting.
> Sons of anarchy : meh. It's like a serie about GTA and bikers. Funny but after the first season I left.
> Serial Experiment Lain (anime) : holy shit
