[QUESTION]  Cataclysm items to WOTLK

Hello, I am trying to port some of the items from Cataclysm to WOTLK. I did take DBC files from Cata and put it inside server in DBC folder. Then, I created a patch where I did put that custom item (item.m2 / blp) and also those DBC files. When I went to the game, I had no texture weapon in hand. I did 010 method but It did not work. Do you know where is problem  ? Can you help me somehow ? Btw: my version of game was 4.0.6, I hope it doesnt  matter.
