Not yet, but it will be released on the french server Shadow-Storm. Though there might be an english translated server that will also come... But you'll have to wait for it, because Méta is far from finishing it. I didn't even finished the plan for him, yet it looks like that : http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/617593GnomereganWIP3.jpg
  I don't think you understand french, but you can see it will be very big.

Moreover Méta went on holiday, he will only come back in several weeks.
