[Question] Weird Mapping

Hey all, I was wondering if whats happening here is something I missed from the wiki or not?
Everytime I try and texture, there's always tiles that I can't edit with the 3D painting tool, which I've been trying to work out for a bit.
Any help would be appreciated.

Each chunk can only hold 4 textures. You'll have to replace some of the current ones using the Texture Swapper.
