Yes if you have an system where you can rais a char and get better stats and skils it is a Rollplaing system.
But the games only have this together with table. The heart of tabel it the communication between the guy playing together.

Yep.  I'd love to play in that zone :P Thats going to be in Maruum right? Also it really looks big on the map...but its same will all zones in Maruum. Most look huge on the world map but it took me really no time to travel through the whole ceril or w/e it was called, forgot now
