--- Quote from: "skiiks" ---Really nice beginning. There are many work to do, but the idea seem's to be great.
Just one thing, you probably should try to take an other waterfall model...I don't really know how to explain that but i find this one too thin, too "conical"...It's don't look really natural..
Anyway, the rest is pretty good! Good luck for this project! :) --- End quote ---
I was thinking the same thing. This model is made for BIG waterfalls, or IG the water will fall slowly.
Insanity:
Are the rocks and the waterfall part of the same m2? When I look at it, it seems that some of the boulders are … bleeding waterfalls…I guess would be a good way to say it. It might just be the angle the pictures are taken at. In particular that first (most forward) outcropping has some of the falls looking too similar. If the boulder and the waterfalls aren’t part of the same m2 you might try increasing the number of rocks around the waterfall's origin or going with a more ledge-looking rock like the ones under elwynn cliff rocks (elwynncliffrock05.m2 might be interesting, if the color is right) or the rocks under durator/passivedoodads/rocks cliff rocks, if laid sideways. It could give a better impression of water coming out of the ground, if that is what you are looking for. Just a thought. Regardless of my comments it is definitely very impressive, well done.
Steff:
I try to clear the rocks to get more variations ;) Thanks
The waterfall is from the sets. There are 3 sets of the same waterfall with different Speeds. This is the fastest and I think it looks good ingame ;) Also thanks for you opinion.
LIMEEE:
Looks like a really good start, About the waterfalls, I would recolor the texture to be more greenish as the water, A bit to bright compared to the rest atm. and ofc add details as rocks/plants and so on, anyway gj
Steff:
Thanks for your suggestions. Will wait with colore correction till sky is set.
But its not realy a start ;) Its another detail.
Much space to fill ;)
