From my experiance in MDLVIS its easier to make new animations than edit old animations.

With the new Sylvanas High elf skin coming out, maybe this talent could be properly put to use? :)

You'd be better off just reskinning Sylvanas and giving her some custom shoulderpads. The HOTS Models were not made for the camera of WOW. It was ment for MOBA-type cameras.

It isn't the same. The HOTS High elf model has a very different outfit.
Furthermore, it's not LD like Warcraft 3, it'd be pretty decent, even in Wow.
