according to the blp converter its set to alpha threshold

Though i have not figured out BLIpster settings yet.

Then you should use normal convertor

could i get a batch file for it please?

Alastor:
Place your PNG textures next to grill.cmd and then put the grill on fire

and be careful this cmd is deleting pngs on convert
