This looks great imo! :P I think you would get alot better looks if you changed the dull lightning to something more atmospheric tho.

Looks great.  What kind of FPS do you get in there?  All the polygons kill my FPS when I have that many models in an area.

+1. Try another skybox, polar lighting doesn't look great here.

Very nice base for a city, you just feel like you're in the one of the Lovecraft's stories about nameless city (as for me :)) Good luck with your work, I believe with more m2s it would be much better.
