need help with noggit

so i just reformat  my pc and i download wow 3.5.5a and 2.4.3
and i download noggit for 3.5.5a and when i open it it fall so i download 2.4.3 same thing and then i download noggit r120 i get this  with all this nogg it same error message so i download c++ but it not do


any thing sorry if my English is bad  :(

Somehow can not read any MPQs but the locale one. That surely is bad.
Also, the version is old as fuck, try the beta.
