Noggit with Burning Crusade HELP! Windows 10

I can't seem to get Noggit to work with TBC on Windows 10.

Is noggit compatible with TBC? Win10? If so, which version of Noggit?

I've tried all of the following versions of Noggit:
- NoggitSDL1.2
- NoggitCl81
- Noggit 1.4

I have installed the Redistributable packages:
- 2010 x64
- 2010 x86
- 2012 x64
- 2012 x86

I have tried:
- Running as administrator
- Running normally
- Running compatible mode for XP and Win 7
- Running as administrator in compatible mode.

here is noggit dedicated for 2.x.x clients (version 1.3). Have no ide does it works on win10, have to check it yourself, on my pc win 7 runs without any problems.
