Hmmm:
Since you use another engine and NOT copy the entire game IDENTICAL on it is perfectly legal. All you have to do is retexture ALL of the game terrains, characters, everything, rename spells and some change them a bit like icons and colors etc because ALL of these are propriety of Blizzard.
My advice is to rename locations, remodel the world maps in a realistic look, remodel characters in a realistic looks, entire armors, weapons , mounts, pets, NPCs, mobs etc then repack them in a new game.
There are also "world of Lordcraft" game wich copy pasted all names locations and characters, loads of wow clones that used even same engine and nothing happened.
If you want your dream comes true just recreeate wow game usning UDK  but entirely change graphics and maps in realistic style ultra polished graphics and that will be ANOTHER game. Don't make any character look exactly like wow's characters, NPCs and mobs. Do that with terrain buildings and objects too and that is. You can keep character animations, spells since they are used in thousands game too.

You hate skilled people because they don't feed you with content? You hate rich people because they don't feed you with money?


Here is a nice note.. Everyone worked hard to earn what they've achieved, Just because you're rich, or skilled.. Doesn't mean you're an asshole for not sharing.. It's such bullshit when poor people are raging that rich people doesn't feed them with money.. Socialism is such bullshit, when it comes to "everyone must share" .. It's not like poor people.. Or people who're terrible, are sharing anything of use.. except for the hatred they have when they are not spoonfed.

Excuse me, what are we talking about here? Retexturing and trying remake sort of wow on UDK or  about ritch and skilled people?
