My WowB is may be different from that of Skarn, there is the version what I use =>
http://filebeam.com/b19c1079324600553463499ecf480c03
Read the README.txt, you must change your
config.wtf
in WTF folder.
Launch the sandbox with
Arctium WoD Sandbox.exe
and run
WowB_Patched.exe
.
Login with mail and password present in the
README.txt
.

Yeah, i have double checked everything more than once. Everything is setup right, but i still can't login.
Over on ownedcore they are talking about a host file in C:WindowsSystem32driversetc that gets auto patched by the patcher. Maybe this is missing/wrong because i can't use the patcher

Joker? Do you have windows vista? If you don't then right-click the file and go to properties, then compability and give it compability for windows 7 and admin privelgies. Fixed it for me.

I have win7 but got it working. Anyqay thanks for your help! (:
For me the solution was to write "127.0.0.1 arctium.logon.battle.net" into the host file under C:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts
