may be a problem MPQ's:
MPQ files may be missing (enGB)
One of the archives can be opened by another program during loading Noggit
DBC can be changed (corrupted)

I do not know what else to advise. I have no such problems.

It somehow tries loading non existing data for a liquid type that should never be used.
May you try entering northrend somewhere else or even out of bounds and see, if its still crashing?

Yea i tried entering from pretty much every part of northrend (also out of bounderies) but still nothing...
Get the same error everytime...

i got same problem when i log into kalimdor noggit stop working... same on other areas...
