[QUESTION] How do you preview Tier sets?

Boubouille does it a lot at MMO Champion and I was curious how you do this.

I'm just now getting into data mining and model editing and forgive me if this topic has been previously answered, I couldn't find it doing a forum search.

I have the r683 version of WoW Model Viewer that's set up to view Mists Of Pandaria Beta files but I simply can't figure out how he views tier sets. They're not in "Item Sets" when you are on a character.

Anyone know how you do this? Or a step by step guide that's already covered and I seemed to have missed and could gladly point it out to me? Would be much appreciated! :)

Also: What tools do I need for viewing early gear and stuff like that? I have,

WowModelViewer
DBCEditor - To view all the information in these files
MPQEditor - So I can extract all of the files from the MPQs into a folder I have on my hard drive
