So I kinda didn't understand the faqs page, Noggit 3 isn't for 4.0.6, but Noggit 4 will be?

If so, how can I get my continent coords without noggit? or is it not possible to do map editing for 4.0.6 yet?

You can edit 4.* with Noggit4.
There is no Noggit4.

So I cant do wow modding until Noggit4 is released?

You can but with 335a as all other do it to.
I dont know if 4 will be released ever. As long noone will write an 4.x load/save function it will not.

I know I can do it with 3.3.5a but I have 4.0.6 and don't want to downgrade, so that means I cant do wow modding?
