[QUESTION] Chunk not displaying GroundEffects

Bartons:
Working on a project at the moment, and certain chunks are not displaying ground effects. Anyone know as to why?

Towards the upper left of the screenshot you can see that the chunks are not displaying any ground effects at all.

(Yes, they are on the same ADT.)
