General / wow.dev wiki back online« on: July 04, 2011, 08:57:22 pm »
After having sold the domain madx.dk to the Ministeriet for Fødevarer, Landbrug og Fiskeri, Mads has put up a backup of the wiki on his new domain pxr.dk.
You can find the wow.dev wiki at http://wowdev.wiki/ and the Machinima Tool at http://pxr.dk/wmt/ from now on. Excuses shall be given for the long time this has taken, he still is only some kind of human. And I must admit, that his girlfriend really is good at cooking. 33

Noggit / Noggit for iPad.« on: November 21, 2010, 05:31:46 pm »
I guess, its time for something new and innovative and great. Something nobody would have expected.
I have started bringing Noggit on the iPad, and maybe later other iOS devices. But as of the limited display size, I guess, its probably worthless on an iPhone, which is why I started for the iPad first. I don't have an ETA yet, as its quite some work, porting it. But as of now, I already have basic animation rendering and am able to paint the basic UI. The menu is working therefore. I will try to get more features in as soon as possible. I am currently struggling with how to deal with movement. I guess I will do some first-person-like movement with two joysticks. Another problem is adding and saving data to the application. I might provide some ability to not sync the full client onto the iPad as its quite big. As of now, this also needs extracted data and can't handle MPQs. For getting the data back from the iPad, there might be some special folder accessible from iTunes or a mail / ftp / webDAV interface. For non-believers, that this is not on the iPad. Please excuse the bad quality as well. Comments / Feedback / Wishes are welcome. |
