[HELP] Garrisons

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how I could make a Garrison system (like in wod) for Wotlk. Any help would be much appreciated.

I think its impossible without programming skills, and there isn't anyone who would help in this issue freely :/ I would happy if there would be a tutorial about that :D
