It might be a renderflag problem. Just change the renderflags and done ^^

It takes a long time.

OMG, it has very broad head.
If the helmet worked fine, it would look something like this ....
I think that this helmet can fit about 3-4 gnomes
1) open you model in pymodeleditor 2) create a global animation (frame range does not matter) 3) Nodes> helmet bone> scaling> target global anim diapason> specify values for XYZ: 4.0, 4.0, 4.0
but I doubt that you can do it.
