It had me thinking I needed to run something more on the adt to get the allwater to work...

I can't believe this tools is still used !
it's terribly written, and it  partially break the adt file.

I'm not playing / modding wow anymore, but if there is a lot of people asking for it, i might push some update to the tool and release it on github.

its the only one with such options - ima speaking about water for chunks thats the thing that noggit cant do and its perfect :D
