Creating a new "Continent" ?

I´m using Noggit2, Noggit3 ans the Cryec tools for a long time now, to change Areas and Citys for our RP Server.

But my question now is... ho can i create a complete new Area? A new Continent?
some people do it with taliis is that right? But.... how ?!  
Is there a tutorial or something like this, how can i read what i must do?

Well, you edited the bdc but took a nom-patched version to base your changes on. You need to take the latest version, found in patch-highestnumberhere-...MOQ.
