<< < (3/4) > >>

Peti864:
Hey I've downloaded the file and placed on WoW data folder howewer my wow won't launch. It says: ERROR #121. When I delete the patch it works fine, I have 2 other patches installed too aswell, but I deleted them and I still get the error.
Here's the Error's description I don't know if you can help or not, but I will copy-paste it here:

--- Code: ---==============================================================================
World of WarCraft (build 5875)

Exe:      C:World of Warcraft ClassicWoW.exe
Time:     Jun  3, 2016  5:56:33.498 PM

This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #121 (0x85100079) Version Mismatch
Program: C:World of Warcraft ClassicWoW.exe

DBFilesClientCreatureDisplayInfo.dbc has wrong number of columns (found 16, expected 12)

WoWBuild: 5875
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--- End code ---

Neyo:
It's not the correct patch, nobody can get it to work.

Amaroth:
Likely incorrect (obsolete?) version of DBC was used for creating the one which is in patch. There may be multiple versions of DBCs in locale patches, there's huge mess there. Make sure the last and the newest one was the one you have used for making that patch (because likely you did not use that one).

I think this was supposed to be patch that changes Wow's music with custom tracks. The patch that he gave a link to is actually his " Druid forms " patch and that's why everyone gets this error:

My guess is, he accidentally uploaded some patch he was testing (and obviously it didn't work) instead of the music patch he originally mentions.

--- Quote ---Description:
This patch attempts to reinvigorate the vanilla WoW experience by introducing many of the new music tracks that came in later expansions. Generally I used the Cataclysm expansion as a guide for rescoring the old zones, but of course many of the old zones are much different in their Cataclysm incarnation, so my patch doesn't follow Cataclysm exactly; hopefully there are some pleasant surprises out in the world.

OOPS, I'm uploading the correct patch now. The correct patch should be approximately 1gb with all the music files. I'd love to present a nice little video compilation of all the different zones and the new music but honestly that would be a gargantuan project in itself.
