How to creat driveable boats (like in the love event)?

Hello guys! I remembered that in the Event 'Love is in the Air' some citys got a few boats to drive around them (on fixed routes).
Now my question is: do someone can help me, to creat a boat like that, which is just useable on wather and dont go up on the coast? Also should it be driveable like any other vehicle, not fixed on waypoints.

I got no idea how to do this but, you can always use druid aquaform and usual mounts as a base.

You have to edite "TaxiNodes.dbc", "TaxiPath.dbc" and TaxiPatchNode.dbc"

It think its more or less the same editing progress :D

The boats are no mounts... it was vehicles..^^
