[Help} Noggit - No Bookmarks?

Everybody this is my first post so it might not be as easy to understand but when i open Noggit3.exe , it opens up fine but it doesnt show the bookmarks, its just the background screenshot with the word bookmarks up top but they arent there. Help anyone?
