How to make m2i convert to m2 ?

i edit so easily the other mount texture for example  here  https://postimg.org/image/vhyvn6dgf/

for some reason i have problems with this too.... it;s not working on everything, i try for example on chicken mount to edit texture but no luck, and i follow same steps like first texture i did
