[BLP Item texture] Texture is not working!

For some reason, this texture is green ingame, and all my attempts to fix it has failed.
I have made sure it is indexed, and tried to edit it around, it just doesn't seem to function for some reason.



If anyone has any idea I'd love the help. (:

(i just dont have already time to explain how i did it)
but ... Zoner>save with compresion (9) and convert by BLPConverter8.exe
