Strange, I'm uploading with 800kb/s at the moment. I can do higher but it seems no one is downloading. What application do you use to download torrents?

utorrent 3.3.2 im australian so that might be why. i attached a pic of my torrent program im currently using... il do a speedtest

Try changing the settings to allow more peers. It might help.

I can personally reach a 5-6 MB/s download speed if I don't limit it at the moment. So I'm afraid it's something on your side of the world :(.

True. ive got a budget isp so thats probably why......... lol i usally get 7-10mbs dl speed on speedtest.
