Edit: I fixed that config issue and now i got still that dbc error

First of al, i didn't want to make a new topic so is used this one^^

After a while i decided to start again with world building, so i reinstalled wow and wanted to set up a server.

Yesterday i was unable to connect to the realmlist server but after some config changes i had fixed this problem.
(After that i wasn't able to connect because my account had the wotlk expansion but i don't have wotlk installed o_O --->i changed the account to tbc and will reinstall wow, so this won't be a problem.)

After changeing my account I could connect but if i want to create a character I get disconnectet from the server. What should i do now?

(and sorry if my english is to bad :|)

Steff:
Clear cash and WTF and try again.
Net read the error logs of the server.
Try to turn off windows desktop firewall. If this wrk add world and logon.exe to the firewall.

I think you have meaned cache so i cleared cache and WTF andturned off the firewall but sill doesn't work :|
And i checked the server logs, but there are no entrys.
But i have took a look at the arcemu-world.exe and found that:
