is the a way to model edit catacmysm.

You can ME in 3.3.5 and then convert your files :

There is still a (probably MCRF) problem with the converter on custom maps, but otherwise it should be ok.
I'd be really happy about any bug report btw.

its mainly for DBC only really.

Dude, you can use it for model editing in general. Why would it be "mainly" for DBC files?

This is an ADT converter. This is not related to DBCs in any way. Oo
