Making WoW.exe use a shader

Hello,I am asking about how could I make WoW.exe use the WaterRipples.bls shader and any other shader.I tried changing some news with 010 editor but no luck...

I personally don't know what you're talking about but i used this shader in the past.

I'm pretty sure I've seen Shlumpf said it was hardcoded somewhere.
