No, I haven't. But you can extract all the files from MPQs into a project folder and see everything in Noggit. (This version partly works with Noggit) You can look through the continent, but you can't edit it.  Although, some maps are editable (for e. gilneas2), but if you edit them ADTs will lose vertex shading (becuse Noggit rewrites the whole adt file). I wish Noggit can edit ADTs with big alpha (like Northrend, Alpha Cata adts etc.)
