Instances may be :
1.Karazhan - For humans to kill Medivh because of the treachery he made and let the orcs in azeroth;for the orcs to torture him until he reveals you the true location of tomb of sargeras then go tell gul'dan and get some rep :D
2.Raiding Shattrath
Some Battlegrounds may be;
Battle for Grand Hamlet (old town before the fall of the kingdom);Battle for Sunnyglade etc I'm not sure yet :D

Ofcourse the playable races are two - Orcs and Humans
The factions - Blackrock clan,Bleeding Hollow clan,Twilight's Hammer clan,Burning Blade clan,Dragonmaw clan,Shadow Council .From the information from the novels is hard to say at this time that Stormreaver clan exist or not (Maybe the Sythegore Arm raiders) .The factions of Azeroth such as Brotherhood of the Horse ,Clerics of Northshire,Mages,Lothar's trusted allies etc.

And finaly the classes :P
For the Horde a warrior  with name as grunt or other ,a hunter named beast master ,a rogue with some other title ,dark shaman like Ner'zul and Zuluhed ,Necrolyte and Warlock.
For the Kingdom of Azeroth(Stormwind) a warrior called footman or other,hunter named Marksman,rogue titled assasin,priest(cleric),mage(conjurer) and some other class to be balanced with the horde ,maybe shadowmancer to oppose the necrolyte.Two talent trees for every class and a third one passive available with the start of the game and improving it at the highest levels.The difrence in the names of each faction is because the talent trees for example grunt and footman both warriors are with small difrencess.One for tanking one for DPS and one passive,so the orc variant may tank with two weapons and the human variant with shield,the orc cannot wield shield but human cannot wield two two hand weapons :).The dps tree may be a lot more the same of each other and the passive third one too.

AND AT THE END WITH BIG LETTER SORRY FOR THE UGLY ENGLISH I KNOW IS HARD TO EVERYONE OF YOU TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS :D
