You should spend some time in practice  texturing. Add dirt layers and second grass layer to avoid that you see the repeat of the texture to much.

What he said, eitherway; it looks nice, I realyl llike the Oasis looking thingy (Not sure if it's meant to be an Oasis that's why it's an Oasis thingy xD)

Good project, the lighthouse gives it a nice effect. Just maybe changing the top layer of texture to a different type like the grass could have stone looking bits and dirt patches but very good.
