DB Editor and MPQ Editor!

Sometimes people just don't have time to manage development things because they are too busy with leadership of project, for example. I never had enough time for both leadership and development, I always had to put one of these two to priority #2 and then things started happening :D. But DB and MPQ edits are really something a little bit different than making maps in Noggit and so on.

Anyway, I will take a look at him.
