About this tool:

Allows to edit multiple options of the particles of a m2.
The m2 already has to have particles in it!
Additional Info:
Cmd commandline tool ,so use the console to use it!

you need to compile the source which is in this archive.
cause this exe is only types hello world...

For me its better move particles manually using 010 editor.
