Fatigue debuff remove or change possible?

Is it possible to change the area or remove the fatigue debuff in some ADTs on open sea?

This is serverside, therefore: Yes.
You want the server to have up to date maps as well.

But how can i do that? The Server is a Mangos core.

when setting the server up, you extracted some dbc and map stiff, remember?
