[QUESTION] Making NPC Skins available for selection via DBC?

No, this is also required in Wotlk.
If you do not do it, you'll crash upon selecting said skin.

You must have done something wrong then, since the past few expansions my skin patch has always just been changing the flags, except WoD now, you have to do different like I said.
