About this tool:.
Adds Ribbons (what are ribbons? Here a example(click) (http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2009/359/b/2/WoW_Phoenix_by_EroticRobotic.jpg) these glowing ribbons that are following the model

This is a command line tool ,so use it via the cmd console.
If you prefer something with userinterface: this tool is also included in M2Modder
