About this tool:.
This tool displays in a very simple Userinterface a skybox and all the information corresponding to the single skybox and allows the user to modify them. You cannnot! create new skyboxes with it, just edit exsisting ones very simple.
Additional Info:
Created for 2.x dbcs so do not use it for wotlk.
Useful for research and learning the building of the skybox dbcs.
