RP server in runet very unpopular. It will be very difficult to find people willing to join your team.

As far as I know, Sir Frank has left the matter recently. I think he will not mind. By the way, if Sir Frank has not left his project, Legends of Azeroth, and there would be no  :?

Sir Franc*... :P If I don't recall my wrong, he hates "frank" :P

When Franc threw his project, then I think that there would be stealing to take a little of his work and redo it.
Because why make from scratch if you have a prototype ready?

I prefer seeing more original projects, Looking back in the modding history, RP servers with re-skinned or modified blizzard zones, is just suuuch a cliché that I don't even bother them, but then again that's my opinion :/
