[BUG] Noggit 3 beta without sub-menus

I am using in WoW 3.3.5a.
World of Warcraft Beta, because i can't configure the .conf, and Noggit automatic choose a directory (Because I have 2 WoW) so, to work, I copied the folder to Program Files (x86) and renamed to this...
This is the only way to work...
But, is WoW 3.3.5a....

Why do the conf not work?
Just place it in noggit folder
Set path
create a link to the noggit exe and add -c after the noggit.exe command in the link properties.
The next version will not need this switch any more by the way. If a settings file is there it will be used.
Here is my conf for example
#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
Path = F:WoWModdingClient335_Noggit
#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!

OK, I did not know about the -c.
But this is not my problem ;s

I look at the log again. Noggit loads the most files from disk.
Why have you so many files extractet in the wow folder?
You should only have the following folders there:
Cache - Data - Errors - Logs - WDB - WTF
And the interace folder but only with the subfolder AddOns in it.
If you have there older or moifyed files in noggit load them from there and not from the MPQs and you can get problems.
