Ok i copy WoW folder + Noggit Folder to C:

No subfolder!

Try this.

#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
Path = C:WoW

#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!
#ProjectPath =

Steff:
Noggit needs the path to the wow directory. Subfolder handels noggit :)
