BLPConverter Issue

Prophecy:
I download BLPConverter and I go to change a Jpg to a BLP using the converter but it just closes out and doesn't do anything it worked one time with a background I wanted to test out on and after that it no longer does anything I can't figure out why it isn't working.


I am on Windows 7

Its PNG to BLP and BLP to PNG converter. YOu can take a guess where is problem ;).
