Is there a way to Edit Mip Levels on .blp´s?

I had alot of problems with the tilesets >:(.
Some are a bit solved but not complete.
If i use complete transparent for no shining, the mips will fucked up to a glossy surface.
And some times the mips are getting uneven so that the full size image look nice but far away it looks like a chessboard.
I tried different formats and all ends with the same result.
So maybe there is a way to edit the mip by hand. Or an idea how to fix that.

Entirely depends on the BLP converter.

Hm did you maybe know one which have this feature? The Command prompt from patrick cant do this and blipster is based on it.
The last i know is the photoshop plugin but i have no photoshop xD.
