Ok so i tried to start with

xampp-control.exe

but Apache wont start because Port 80 is blocked (by System 0.o) so i tried port 8080 and this one isnt blocked, but it doesnt help

Steff:
You have to run
1. The MySQL start bat
2. The auth server exe
3. The worldserver exe

i did but it didnt work.... explained it before but looks like there was a misunderstanding

Okay.
Try to get a new mysql or look if it even connects to the core.
I've had the problem before.
Get a new package i should say.
