Noggit / Noggit open-crash

Hello Modcraft users,I am a new member and recently downloaded the Noggit.The Noggit won't open up,it opens but it crash when it starts up(white screen and closes).I tried everything but it doesn't work
My log.txt:2 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2

769 - (Noggit.cpp:261): Project path: F:Jocurinoggit335a
769 - (Noggit.cpp:308): [Error] Could not find locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf".
My noggit.conf:#This is a config file template. To use it rename into noggit.conf and set your options
#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
Path = F:Jocurinoggit335a
#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!
#ProjectPath = F:Jocurinoggit335a
#Set this to the file where you will import models from (the model viewer log for example

This is my problem!Please if anyone knows how to make it works but for real,please help me!
