Level Design / [Request/question] Completely clear map

Hello. I am interested in shaping a world from scratch. How would I best go about getting a completely flat map with nothing in it?

No, I just left it here for other people to see a fix to a problem they may have, since I fixed mine.

Noggit / [Start-up error] Noggit, please help. [EDIT: It now works]« on: October 19, 2013, 09:42:51 pm »
I've read through threads, reinstalled over and over and tried on different computers to the point of frustration.
It simply doesn't want to work. I'll try to list as much info below as I possibly can. WoW version: 3.3.5 (12340) (Release) Jun 24 2010 Path to WoW folder: D:World of Warcraft noggit_template is renamed to 'noggit.conf' and is a CONF-file, here is its content: #This is a config file template. To use it rename into noggit.conf and set your options #Edit this to your WoWFile!!! Path = D:World of Warcraft #Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it! #ProjectPath = E:project01 #Set this to the file where you will import models from (the model viewer log for example :) ) #ImportFile = Path to Model Viewer log file #The far clipping value. Set to 2048, 3072, 4096 etc. for a further look. Higher values need more 3d power. #1024 is the standard value and will be taken if you do not set this value. FarZ=2048 At this point I would like to think it should work. When I click to start noggit it shuts down after only half a second or so. Here's the log that follows: 1 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2 829 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 4.3.0 829 - (Video.cpp:205): [Debug] GL: Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation 829 - (Video.cpp:206): [Debug] GL: Renderer: GeForce GTX 780/PCIe/SSE2 Hope you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. EDIT, UPDATE: I have tried to rename my "noggit.conf" to "noggit" and I am now receiving full logs: 0 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2 803 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 4.3.0 803 - (Video.cpp:205): [Debug] GL: Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation 804 - (Video.cpp:206): [Debug] GL: Renderer: GeForce GTX 780/PCIe/SSE2 804 - (Noggit.cpp:87): Using config file. 804 - (Noggit.cpp:257): Game path: D:World of Warcraft 804 - (Noggit.cpp:261): Project path: D:Noggit Project 804 - (Noggit.cpp:308): [Error] Could not find locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf". SECOND EDIT, UPDATE: It now works. I redownloaded the game into a new folder. Downloaded a new noggit and placed it into the WoW folder. I set everything up exactly the same way as before. ????? It works
