Hello, members of Modcraft. This is my very first post, so before I begin, I would like to apologize about the grammar mistakes I may make. I am from Bulgaria, and I'll do my best to make this readable. And also, I am a -TOTAL- noobie in WoW modding. So, let's begin:
My question is: How to make .MPQs work for 4.0.6a, because the ones I manage to create always give me the 'Missing of Corrupted' WoWError.
I will explain my steps now, and I am asking you to show me what am I doing wrong.
1) I edit w/e in WoW, via Noggit. (Build 3.3.5a)
2) I save the ADTs, and use the converter (http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=931) to make them work for Cataclsym. (I pick World Edit from the option list in the converter's jar)
3) I create the .MPQ archive, by drag and dropping all the new ADTs, which are quite more than the old ones.
(For example, when I save, I have 4 ADTs, after the convertion I have 12 ADTs. Is this normal?)
4) I rename it to wow-update-13622.MPQ and put it in the Data folder.
5) I launch and boom - WoWError.
Note: I -DO- have a patched WoW.exe
Please, help! I really look forward to world edit WoW.
(Wasn't sure where to put this. Move it if it does not belong in the Noggit section.)

NMoggit is not compatible with 4 and above.
Its only for 335a.

I did indeed use a clean 3.3.5a version to modify the ADTs.
I've seen many world changes that work for Cataclysm, aswell.

Yes but then you have to convert the files to cata format :)
